Set large: the capitals with no Latin twin in the Unicode UTS #39 table. Set grey: the twins, each beside its Latin letter.
U+2126 OHM SIGN and U+03A9 GREEK CAPITAL LETTER OMEGA are two different code points that look the same. UnicodeData.txt gives the first a canonical decomposition into the second, so NFC quietly replaces the ohm sign with omega — and there is no way back.
The micro sign U+00B5 is different: its decomposition is marked "<compat>", NFC leaves it alone, and only NFKC folds it into μ U+03BC. The kelvin sign U+212A and the angstrom sign U+212B vanish under NFC just as the ohm does — of the 4 doubled signs micro is the only exception.
Why the numbers can be trusted. Every countable number here is computed from data rather than typed in, and the sheet must pass 9 independent checks before it is allowed to build — how many items there are, the order they come in, and the claim in the highlighted box itself. If one fails, there is no file.
