Terms
Last updated 30 July 2026
These terms cover buying and using the charts sold here. Plain wording is deliberate: if a clause is unclear, read it in the way most favourable to you and write to us.
Agreeing to these terms
By browsing this site or buying a chart from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not buy. We may update them; the date above says when they last changed, and a change never applies retroactively to something you have already bought.
What you are buying
Every chart is a set of print-ready PDF files — one per paper size — delivered as a single archive. No physical item is shipped and nothing is posted to you.
All text in the PDFs is converted to outlines, so the files print the same everywhere and need no fonts installed.
Who sells it
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every order. That means Paddle — not us — is the seller of record for the transaction: Paddle takes the payment, charges and remits any sales tax or VAT, issues the receipt, and is the counterparty named on your card statement. We produce and deliver the files.
What you may do with the files
You may print a chart as many times as you like, for yourself, your family, your classroom, your studio or your workplace. You may reprint it when it wears out. There is no per-copy limit.
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the files themselves, and you may not sell prints of them. If you want to use a chart in a product of your own, or print it for sale, write to us — that is a different arrangement and it is usually possible.
We keep the copyright in the charts. Buying one does not transfer it.
Delivery
The download link appears immediately after payment and is also emailed to the address you give at checkout. No account is needed: the link itself is the key.
The link stays valid for 90 days from purchase, and within that window you may download as many times as you like — onto a second computer, after a reinstall, whenever. The date is shown on your order page and stated in the email.
If the link stops working, or the email never arrives, write to us and we will send it again.
If something is wrong with a file
If a chart contains a factual error, prints incorrectly, or is not what the page described, tell us. We will fix the file and you get the corrected version at no cost — a correction is not a new purchase.
Charts do get corrected. When that happens, the previous version stops being sold, but anything you already bought stays available to you.
Prices change, and purchases do not
We set prices as we see fit and may change them at any time, in either direction. A sheet sold today may cost less tomorrow, move to a different tier, or be given away for nothing.
That does not entitle you to a refund of the difference, and we do not pay one. What you bought is the sheet at the price shown when you bought it — not a promise about what it will cost later. This works the other way too: a price rise never reaches a purchase already made, and your download keeps working for its full 90 days regardless.
Genuine faults are a separate matter, and are covered by the refund policy.
Availability
The catalogue changes. A chart may be withdrawn from sale at any time. Withdrawal does not affect your access to something you have already bought.
Using the site fairly
Do not use this site unlawfully, for fraud or spam, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property.
Do not interfere with how it runs: no malware, no probing or scanning for weaknesses, no attempt to reach areas you are not meant to reach, and no automated scraping of the catalogue.
When we may cut access off
We may suspend or end access to the site and to download links in cases of material breach of these terms, non-payment or a reversed payment, fraud or a security risk, or repeated serious misuse.
We do this reluctantly and, where the situation allows it, only after telling you why.
Liability
The charts are reference material. We check the facts on them carefully and correct what turns out to be wrong, but they are not professional advice — medical, legal, engineering or otherwise — and should not be relied on as such.
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
