Refunds
Last updated 30 July 2026
Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, so this policy is about when we give money back anyway.
The short version
If a chart is broken, wrong, or not what the page described, you get your money back. Ask within 30 days of purchase and say what went wrong. We do not require you to prove you deleted the files.
If you simply changed your mind, we would rather refund you than have you feel cheated. Ask.
How to ask
Write to us with the email address you used at checkout. You do not need an order number — we can find the purchase from the address.
Who actually pays it back
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every order. That means Paddle — not us — is the seller of record for the transaction: Paddle takes the payment, charges and remits any sales tax or VAT, issues the receipt, and is the counterparty named on your card statement. We produce and deliver the files.
Because Paddle took the payment, Paddle issues the refund. We authorise it; the money returns by the same route it came, which usually takes a few working days.
Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once download begins, and by starting the download you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right.
This does not remove your right to a remedy if the content is faulty or not as described.
