Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, so this policy is about when we give money back anyway. We give at least thirty days from purchase — a full money-back window, not a courtesy exception.
Who we are
Printable Charts is operated by FOP Artem Maliuha (tax ID 3128710556), whose registered address is Ukraine, 03113, Kyiv, vul. Druzhkivska 4, apt. 8. This name is the business behind the catalogue and the files; payment for every paid order is taken by Paddle as Merchant of Record — see the Terms.
The short version
If a chart is broken, wrong, or not what the page described, you get your money back. Ask within 30 days of purchase and say what went wrong. We do not require you to prove you deleted the files.
If you simply changed your mind, we would rather refund you than have you feel cheated. Ask within the same 30 days.
Before you download
Starting the download begins delivery of the digital content. For buyers in the EU and UK, that can end the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — see below. Your 30-day money-back window under this policy still applies either way: ask us within 30 days of purchase if you want a refund.
How to ask
Write to us with the email address you used at checkout. You do not need an order number — we can find the purchase from the address. You may also contact Paddle directly (https://www.paddle.net); as Merchant of Record, Paddle issues the refund once it is approved.
Who actually pays it back
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle.com Market Ltd takes the payment, charges and remits any sales tax or VAT, issues the receipt, and is the counterparty named on your card statement. We produce and deliver the files.
Because Paddle took the payment, Paddle issues the refund. We authorise it; the money returns by the same route it came, which usually takes a few working days.
Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once download begins, and by starting the download you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right.
This does not remove your right to a remedy if the content is faulty or not as described, and it does not shorten the 30-day money-back window in this policy.
