THE BLOCK THAT LOOKS PRIVATE AND IS NOT

100.64.0.0/10 is Shared Address Space, and RFC 6598 says it outright: "distinct from RFC 1918 private address space", because it belongs to the Service Provider's network, not to yours. It holds 4,194,304 addresses — 4 times 172.16.0.0/12 and 64 times 192.168.0.0/16.

If the outside interface of your router carries an address from it, you are behind a carrier-grade NAT. RFC 6598 §5.1 names the consequence: an application that finds a special-purpose address on the outside of the CPE concludes the address is unreachable from the global internet, and behaves differently.

Printing

Why the numbers can be trusted. Every countable number here is computed from data rather than typed in, and the sheet must pass 9 independent checks before it is allowed to build — how many items there are, the order they come in, and the claim in the highlighted box itself. If one fails, there is no file.
